Getting Started
Professional athletes have coaches and so should you. Crossfit is a core strength and conditioning program used by everyone from NFL players and Navy Seals to stay-at-home Moms, Olympic atheletes and everyone in between.
1. Your first day at CrossFit Ogden is free.This is a one hour introduction session where you will learn more about what CrossFit is, what we define "Fitness" as and basic instruction of a few selected movements. Followed by a short workout scaled to your abilities. Schedule this introduction class by calling Nik at 801 - 814 - 1131
2. At this point you will have a general idea of what we do at CrossFit Ogden. With that in mind you can choose to set up one-on-one instruction for more personal attention or join the group classes. In order to join these group classes (the heart of CrossFit), you will be required to take a 3 session foundation course with Nik. The normal one-on-one rate at CrossFit Ogden is $50 an hour, yet this 3 session course will only cost you $100.
3. After being able to demonstrate basic knowledge of what you've learned in the one-on-one's you will be able to join the group classes at the time that best suits your schedule. CrossFit workouts scale universally to everyone at all abilities, therefore we do not have advanced, intermediate or beginner classes. You will learn from each athlete in this environment, creating a healthy community of friends.
